1st Italian Waszp Cup – Messina

The fearless Strait of Messina allowed 5 races to be completed over 3 days: 4 standard courses and 1 “long race” with a crossing of the Strait from Pace to Punta Pezzo.

The local current heavily challenged the fleet, and the wind conditions were far from ideal, resulting in limited planing and a lot of displacement sailing.

Nevertheless, the CVT Team performed very well across all categories, reaching the podium in multiple classes:
