After 5 beautiful days of sailing, fun and tourism, the World Championship of the former Olympic class Tempest ended with the absolute victory of the German champion - mainly with Dragons, FD and 5. 5 - Markus Wieser with Thomas Auracher on the bow; the pair dominated from the start, although Christian Spranger and Christopher Kopp tried to keep up the pace: for them second place overall, 6 points behind; 1 point behind Alexander Wesinger with Christian Rusitschka on the bow; excellent recovery after a start with technical problems that forced them to retire in the first two races for Kicker-Trimpl, third. Sixth place overall for Stefan Durac with ex-Olympic athlete (London 2021, Star class) Fridjof Kleen (World Champion 5.5 and Star) on his bow.
